First off, this game >requires you to make a WeMod profile for Horizon to even edit it. I finally picked up the game, and was a bit puzzled by how to install the rosters. My hope is that I present the information I've found, and if you can fill in the gaps and help me. However OP of this forum and anyone I've asked has not explained to me how to actually complete this job. Gives me the tools I need to do this job (using a USB and Horizon modding tool). I won't post dl links but this forum (didn't find any rules saying I can't post links) I'm looking to update my nba2k14 roster (offline) to the current 2018 roster for the 360.
